Although game meats are our specialty, we sell more beef and pork than anything else. This is not surprising since we are a nation of beef and pork lovers. It is also a reflection of our reaction to customer needs. 6 years ago we sold only Fallow venison. Today, we sell everything from Antelope to Zebra. We expanded because our customers asked us to.
