Venison America has chosen the White Edam goose to be our featured product. Of all the different breeds we believe this one offers the best if value, all things considered. This breed is not overly fat, as some geese tend to be. Therefore, cooking is more straightforward. The White Edam has a delicious flavor; one that readily compliments the cooking methods and seasonings used to create that “special flavor”. Chefs also praise this goose for its conformation which when served whole makes a beautiful presentation.
