This means that our products have a unique flavor profile developed for us or our customers. We provide custom products to restaurants nationwide. Our 19th Hole brat is a favorite of many and is available throughout the year. It is a perfect blend of Elk and Pork with a secret spice mix that gives it a natural snap and take notice flavor that brings you back for more.
